We coach young women to fitness. Then we hand them the tools to run a business.
The Mitty System is a twelve-month, paid apprenticeship. It takes a young woman from an underserved Tier-B or Tier-C town in Tamil Nadu and coaches her to physical, emotional, and financial fitness — then gives her the AI tools to run the entire digital life of a real local business.
Sisters coach sisters. Each graduate will reach back and pull up the next cohort. Over time it becomes what it was always meant to be — a matriarchal, friendly community of women who make each other stronger. By design, because that is how a species wins.
The first cohort — three young women from the Government Arts and Science College for Women, Kodaikanal — is live now, as Product Architects at DigiDoGG and Go-To-Market Terns at Tern.
Fitness & self-defence — the body as the first instrument.
Self-regulation, identity, and the ability to be still.
A real income, real skills, and real freedom.
LAKSH-YA — seven pillars, from silence to action.
It begins where the humm begins: with locating silence. Then it moves, step by step, from being still to building something real.
One cohort is live — in Kodai.
Each Sister trains, then works remotely as the Chief Digital Officer for the locally owned businesses she serves — earning a real income at home while a neighbour eight thousand miles away gets the digital reach that only chains used to afford. And because the model is peer-to-peer, every graduate will reach back and lift five more.
Kodai — the founding three
Three young women from Kodai — Product Architects at DigiDoGG and Go-To-Market Terns at Tern.
The first cohort
of Kodai
Nasrin, Sherin and Azeema, from the Government Arts and Science College for Women, Kodaikanal: Product Architects building DigiDoGG, Pelican and Agent Spyder, and Go-To-Market Terns at Tern.
Founding cohort lead. Self-taught through YouTube and sheer will, she turns care into craft — shaping how DigiDoGG's apps and Tern's founder brands look, read and feel.
From St. John's, Kodaikanal, to a business degree. She connects classroom theory to real practice — building the models that make each app and each launch work.
Raised on the belief that education is the family's biggest hope. She keeps the numbers honest — turning each venture's economics into something families, businesses and founders can trust.
DigiDoGG sponsors the three interns today — the upskilling-to-employment model is not a proposal; it is already running. Want a Mitty Sister running your business's digital life, or to sponsor the next cohort? Write to kountinya@mitramusic.com.
