Tern · go-to-market as a service

Every intern here is a tern.

Tern helps young founders take their startups to market in the U.S. and beyond. The work is done by our interns: fresh graduates, young founders' own age, who take complete ownership of sales, marketing and go-to-market enablement, guided by a leadership team with three decades of experience.

Why Tern

Named for the longest journey on earth.

The Arctic tern makes the longest migration of any animal: roughly 70,000 km a year, from the Arctic to Antarctica and back. It follows the sun, so it lives in almost constant daylight.

That is the work: carrying a founder's story 8,000 miles so it lands with the people it was meant for. And there is a tern inside every intern: young people who travel that distance for their clients without ever leaving home.

What Tern does

Wayfinders for creativity, commerce & community.

We help startup founders go to market in the U.S. with the Flight Path Method, our phase-zero strategy, then carry it out through seven service pillars, guided by our Five Flock Principles and three decades of experience.

Who does the work

Terns own the work. Leaders stand behind them.

Each Tern owns a founder's go-to-market end to end, working shoulder to shoulder with people who have done it before.

Marketing

Story to campaign

Content, social, search, AI answer engines and campaigns, owned by the Terns.

Sales

Pipeline to meetings

Outreach, follow-up and booked meetings, owned by the Terns, with Kount on the ground in the U.S.

Strategic business development

With Kount & Rohan

Co-CEOs. U.S. market entry, partnerships, and each founder's own story.

The circular model

Founders mentor founders. Youth creators become owners.

Every story fuels the next. Our purpose is to make access the new equity, so every deserving founder and small-town young woman in India can cross the bridge without paying a toll.

Startup founders

Global readiness through GTM clarity and cross-border storytelling.

Youth in Tier-B/C India

Skills, access and income through paid digital apprenticeships.

Communities

Regenerative ecosystems built on inclusion, purpose and equity.

Women entrepreneurs

Access, mentorship and markets to scale ideas into lasting enterprises.

The flow

How one launch funds the next founder.

  1. Founders go global

Indian startups enter the U.S. with a clear story and plan.

  2. Demand is created

Their campaigns need makers, content and outreach.

  3. Youth gain skills

The Go-To-Market Terns build that work, paid from day one.

  4. Youth become founders

Revenue share and credits become ventures of their own.

  5. The cycle repeats

New founders mentor the next cohort.
