Why DigiDoGG

Survival of the friendliest.

Brian Hare and Vanessa Woods argue that our species thrived not because it was the strongest, but because it was the friendliest: able to cooperate, read others and connect. DigiDoGG is built on that bet.

The thesis

Cooperation outlasts competition.

Bonobos

Among our closest relatives, known for tolerance and cooperation over dominance.

Dogs

Became our companions by being friendly, and they hear frequencies far above our own.

Businesses

Communities that cooperate outlast those that only compete. That is the whole bet.

The problem · one

Small businesses are running on fragments.

Too many tools

Booking, payments, marketing, community and follow-up live in separate apps that do not speak to each other.

Too little time

The owner does the work and also runs the business. Nobody is left to manage the digital presence.

Too alone

Local businesses rarely connect with each other, or with the neighbours who would gladly keep them alive.

The problem · two

And the neighbourhood disappears, one optimised life at a time.

Picture a forty-seven-year-old in Carlsbad. She earns well, runs three times a week, eats organic, tracks her sleep, and cannot name the owner of her local coffee shop. Wellness has become a private performance. Community has become a sentiment. Loneliness is now a public health finding, not a mood.

She cannot name the owner of her coffee shop, but she can name the Padres' starting rotation. That asymmetry is the whole opportunity.

The company

DigiDoGG builds the platforms and gives the apps away.

  • What we buildTwo platforms, Bhairav and Agent Spyder, plus the growth engine that fills them with attention.
  • What we keepThe platforms, the intelligence layer and the workforce. These compound across every market we enter.
  • What we let goEach community app becomes its own company, owned by the community that makes it worth something.
Why the name

Named after a dog, on purpose.

Koda is our Snoop Dogg, and the double G is his two girlfriends, Kuberi and Karadi. With Spikey and Snowy, all five are neighbourhood figures in Carlsbad and Kodai.

A company named after a dog is a company that has decided, out loud, which half of the thesis it is on.

Our compass is Judy Wicks's Good Morning, Beautiful Business and the alliance she co-founded, BALLE. Our digital answer to it is DALE.
