Twelve months, four phases, one cluster at a time.
Agent Spyder goes to work first. The apps follow, each with its own safeguards. Then the rest of North County, then Southern California.
Foundation, communities, family, expansion.
Foundation
Agent Spyder at work for locally owned businesses in Carlsbad and Encinitas. Bhairav core stood up. The Pelican pilot begins with the founding thirty.
Communities
Charya and Paws launch. First practitioners onboarded from India. The second Mitty cohort begins training.
Family
Hummingbirds, Bonobos and Tortoise launch with their safeguards. Pelican goes public at the spring Carlsbad Village Street Faire.
Expansion
The rest of North County San Diego, then the Southern California clusters, in the order partnerships dictate.
How each new market opens.
Activate
The ten most influential people in town.
Design
The pilot with them, in one working session, not a committee.
Set
The defaults and the social proof.
Launch
Discovery, with an emotionally framed public moment.
Watch
For the drop-off, fix it, and recruit the second cohort.
What has already been proven, and by whom.
A whole-town mission
From 2010, three coastal cities much like our launch cluster recruited businesses, schools and employers into one mission. Between 2010 and 2017, the share of obese and overweight adults fell 15% and smoking fell 36% (Blue Zones Project).
Steps into stories
Corporate and campus challenges that turned steps into cricket runs, runs into rewards, and activity into charitable giving.
A gamified wallet for teens
An AI nudge engine, local coupons and automatic donations, piloted with teenagers in Carlsbad.
